How To Order

At Extra Thyme we provide beautifully presented, delicious food with no hassle. What’s the point of hiring someone to do the catering if you still feel like you are doing all the work? You have a long list of things to do everyday at work, so we make ordering as easy as possible.

When you call us for the first time we get as much information about you and your group as possible because we want everything to be the way you want it. We have menus because people ask for them, but in our view, they are merely a starting point. We can make pretty much anything you want; that’s what makes it fun for us and special for you!

Special dietary needs? One vegetarian and One gluten free out of 40 meat eaters? No problem! We will gladly work with you to come up with a menu that everyone will love, just give us a call.

  • Our minumum order size is 10 people during normal weekday hours. Orders for Weekends or after 5pm must be approved in advance.
  • Payments can be made with cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Amex, or Discover, and must be paid in full prior to or upon delivery of food. Some orders may require a deposit when order is placed.
  • Corporate accounts can be set up, please call 314-573-5996.
  • Drop off orders should be placed 24-48 hours in advance; last minute orders will be considered and accepted if at all possible. Orders must be placed by 2pm for the next business day.
  • Delivery charges vary by mileage and complexity of the delivery.
  • We do not automatically add gratuities or service charges to orders. Tips are greatly appreciated but we feel that gratuities, like standing ovations, should be something you give to reward great performance and service. This is for you to decide, not us. Customary gratuities range from 10-20%.
